Submitting personal information
When you supply personal information to the Environment Agency we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that information. The services provided include ordering of LIDAR tiles online through our interactive web map application, identification of new study areas for new survey requests and general enquiries through the ‘contact us’ page.

We use personal information to process your order or reply to your enquiries. We may disclose personal data to our consultants, agents and representatives to do these things on our behalf.
